A meaningful day at BEAM Forum 2026 ✨

Thank you to everyone who attended the session and took the time to learn about One-Two-Boost's journey.

Our Job Coach, Moh Foong, shared her experiences in supporting individuals with disabilities through structured training, workplace inclusion, and ongoing guidance. More importantly, she highlighted the importance of creating environments where individuals are not only given opportunities, but are also empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed.

At One-Two-Boost, we believe that meaningful employment is about more than just getting a job — it's about building confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Today, our Job Coach, Moh Foong, had the opportunity to bring Din and Yoong Xin to attend the launch of the Dasar OKU Selangor. 💜

It was a meaningful experience for them to witness this important milestone and be part of a movement that promotes greater inclusion, accessibility, and opportunities for persons with disabilities.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that encourage learning, engagement, and empowerment within the disability community. ✨

今天 supervisor 趁顾客不多，纠正一位特需员工的广东话发音。

聊着聊着才发现，原来他平时向顾客介绍产品的广东话，很多都是跟 Google Translate 学回来的。

因为他不会看中文。

肌肉疼痛舒缓膏、柠檬川贝膏、四神健脾汤……

这些我们看一眼就懂的字，他却要一个字一个字听、一遍一遍记，才能向顾客流畅地介绍产品。

偶尔发音不标准，缓解膏变成“Won Gei膏”，川贝变成“村Boi”，薄荷又带着浓浓的客家口音 Pok Hor 🤣

大家会觉得好笑。

但笑过之后，却让人有点心疼。

因为别人轻易做到的事，他往往要付出更多倍的努力。

或许他认不得那些复杂的中文字。

但他始终记得，要把产品介绍好。

而这份认真，比标准的发音更动人。❤️

Today marks the final day of our 2026 Trainee Programme ✨

Over the past 2 months, our trainees have been learning, growing, and challenging themselves under the guidance of our dedicated job coaches. From their very first day until today’s final assessment, we are truly proud to see how much they have improved and gained confidence along the way 💛

Thank you to our trainees, job coaches, and everyone who has supported this meaningful journey. This is not the end, but another step forward towards greater opportunities and independence 🌱

🎂✨ At One-Two-Boost, birthdays are never just about cake — they are about belonging, appreciation, and celebrating one another as family. ❤️

Recently, we celebrated our May and June birthday babies together with our team over a warm dinner gathering filled with laughter, smiles, and precious moments. To make sure no one was left out, we also brought the birthday cake back to our Mid Valley outlet to share with the staff on duty during the public holiday. 🍰

Because at One-Two-Boost, every team member matters.

We may come from different backgrounds and have different strengths, but we grow together, support one another, and celebrate every small moment as one big family. From our production team to our retail team, from job coaches to our neurodiverse team members — everyone plays an important role in making One-Two-Boost what it is today. 💙

A workplace becomes meaningful not only because of the work we do, but because of the people we journey with.

Here’s to more birthdays, more memories, and more moments of warmth together. 🫶

From Learning to Leading

At One-Two-Boost, every training journey is built with purpose.

Our Job Coach brought our trainees to the One-Two-Boost Mid Valley shop by train, helping them learn how to travel safely and independently to the workplace — an important first step towards real employment.

At the shop, they were introduced to the POS system, product displays, customer service flow and daily retail responsibilities.

What made the day truly special was seeing our existing neurodiverse team members step forward as trainers too. They shared product knowledge, introduced our herbal drinks, guided the trainees through tasting, and spoke from their own working experience.

This is the heart of One-Two-Boost: those who were once guided are now guiding others.

Inclusion is not just about giving someone a job. It is about building confidence, creating growth, and opening the way for each person to become a contributor, teammate and role model.

Today’s trainees are learning from yesterday’s learners — and together, they are growing into tomorrow’s workforce.
