No, they’re not the same 👀
🔋 Creatine helps your muscles replenish energy quickly during short, intense efforts, like squeezing out an extra rep.
🧱 Whey protein provides protein to help your muscles repair and grow. It’s a convenient way to meet your protein needs, but you can get protein from food too.
You can take them together, but you don’t automatically need both. Start with what your diet and training actually need.
A few extra things before you add to cart:
⚖️ The scale might go up initially. Creatine can increase water stored in your muscles. That isn’t the same as gaining fat, and it doesn’t mean you’re suddenly becoming “bulky”.
🔎 Check more than the packaging.
Look for credible independent testing. Programmes such as HASTA and Informed Sport screen for substances banned in sport. Check the exact product and batch on their websites. This reduces risk, it doesn’t guarantee zero contamination or better results.

Powder, capsules or gummies, check how much creatine you actually get per serving, rather than assuming one scoop or one gummy is enough.
Supplements can support your routine. Enough food, consistent training and sleep still deserve your attention too 🫶🏻
Save this for your next supplement shopping trip.
