Planning my last few sound baths of the year and feeling reflective… It’s been over a year now in this tiny studio—a pocket of peace that’s held me in both happy and challenging times—and it’s finally feeling like home. The calm, the light, the energy… ✨ My cats love it too—roaming, exploring and living their best little lives under the trees... 🌿 Grateful for this season, this space and the souls who’ve shared it with me… 🌻

December’s carries a closing-of-the-chapter energy of release, reflection and renewal. This invites us to let go of what we’ve been carrying and make space for what’s ready to bloom.

We’re experiencing the right now, which began on 26th July and will end on 12th August. This energetic gateway opens once a year, bringing in high-frequency energy that helps us shed old patterns, awaken our inner strength and align with our soul’s purpose.

is often commemorated on 8th August, where the energy is said to be at its peak, and with the numerology of 8.8 magnifying themes of abundance, transformation and infinite potential. The sun is also in Leo (hence “Lion’s Gate”), a fire sign associated with heart energy, confidence and courage.

With Saturday bringing with it the , the energy surrounding us is one that supports deep release, clarity and growth. Take note though that four planets are currently in —Mercury, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto—each bringing with it challenges and inertia. It’s important to flow during this time and not fight the current. Pause, check in and hold compassion for any challenges. Blessed Ramadan! ✨ March not only marks a spiritual month of abstinence and reflection, it’s also , with the arriving on Friday and the new moon solar eclipse closing out the month.

Eclipses usually signify a time of deep change and transformation. There will be things (or people) to let go off during this transition as we make space for new beginnings and explore new ways of being. There could be some big realisations leading to catharsis… 💫

✨December Mood✨

With four planets currently in retrograde (Mercury, Uranus, Jupiter and Mars), we’re being invited to slow down in December.
