Our dear friends gathered together again to fulfil a shared dream together: organising a music festival that is all about Disney songs! 🏰🧚🏻🧜🏻‍♀️✨ Disney songs are theatrical, jazzy, whimsical and dreamy, which make them very challenging to perform. But we came together with great passion, love and enthusiasm and put up a great show! 🥰🥳 Thank you to all our gifted yet humble, busy yet committed, different but united performers! 🥹 without any of you, we won’t be able to make this history together! 🥰 thank you ÜNIIQ Kombucha for sponsoring us some kombucha and "O-NO" | designer lamp studio for illuminating our event with dreamy lamps! As a dietitian, it’s always a pleasure to work with organisations that genuinely invest in the wellbeing of their people.
AIA is one of those organisations that goes beyond promoting employee wellness. It also places strong emphasis on sustainability across environmental, health and financial dimensions. 💕
Together with Soo Eurn from the Sustainability Department, we conducted a hands-on cooking demonstration at Menara AIA AIA Malaysia as part of its Wellness Week!
There were no presentation slides for this session. Instead, I discussed and shared practical nutrition tips through three delicious, healthy, quick, budget-friendly and well-balanced dishes and snacks that employees could realistically recreate / improvise at home.
We also explored how our everyday food choices can contribute to sustainability! 🌏
A big thank you to Soo E. and the team for creating such a meaningful and engaging session for your employees! 😍🥰
I believe healthy living should not feel complicated or expensive. Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as preparing a nourishing meal, making mindful food choices, and discovering that what is good for our health can also be good for our planet. 🌱🥗👨🏻‍🍳

Happy to be back in my second home, Singapore, to deliver an engaging nutrition talk for the Parents Support Group at Applied Materials South East Asia 🥰 🇸🇬

We explored practical topics including managing picky eating, creating a healthy family food environment, menu planning, and preparing quick, nutritious meals and snacks that children and teenagers will enjoy. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

It was inspiring to meet parents who are passionate about giving their children the very best, including building healthy eating habits from a young age. I believe that when parents are equipped with the right nutrition knowledge and practical skills, the benefits extend beyond their children to the health and well-being of the entire family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🥗🍳
