〈F**k Kuin Decoction Diary〉《福群煎藥日记》

步骤三:浸藥中 (藥性初启)

浸藥见仁心,理念如藥引

当清水慢慢浸润藥材,藥材的甘甜与藥香逐渐释放,
精华在浸泡中析出,藥材变得软润饱满,在下一步煎藥時藥效得以充分发挥。

这就像创办一个好品牌,需要以‘宗旨、使命、愿景’为根基,经过时间沉淀,才能展现最大价值。

创办福群如同中醫辨证施治,我们先确立方向,再调配方案。在创办福群前,我们思考了三个根本问题:

1.我们是谁?🤔

福群是一帖融合现代科技与古代中醫智慧的‘养生方’:
以传统中醫智慧为‘君藥’
以现代健康科技为‘臣藥’
提倡预防醫学与疗愈养生理念

简而言之,我们既帮助解决健康问题,更教导如何保持健康。

2.我们为什么存在?🧐

福群的成立,离不开两个关键‘藥引子’:

💡创新:以新方法结合古老智慧,让健康养生更简单有效

3.我们未来要成为什么?🤩

福群希望成为沙巴山打根人最信赖的健康伙伴,
我们不仅提供中醫疗服务,更教人预防疾病,像一帖良藥,既治标,也治本。

酝酿福群,如同藥材浸泡需要时间与耐心,
我们承诺,不久将来我们以专业与用心,
为沙巴山打根的每个人,调配最适合的‘健康配方’。

Step 3: Soaking Herbs (The Awakening of Essence)

Soaking brings out the best in herbs,
just like heart and intention bring out the best in a brand.

As water gently softens the herbs, their sweetness and aroma slowly release. Over time, the herbs soften and essence seeps out, preparing them for full healing power.

This process reminds us that building something meaningful like a brand takes clarity, purpose, and time to reveal its true potential.

Creating F**k Kuin was never just about opening a centre. Like crafting a good remedy, it began with diagnosis, asking the right questions before creating the right formula.
Before we began, we asked ourselves three things:

1. Who are we?🤔

Just like a ‘wellness remedy’, F**k Kuin blends ancient wisdom with modern science.
We take Traditional Chinese Medicine as our foundation, modern healthcare innovations as support, and encourage a lifestyle rooted in prevention and restorative well-being.

In simple words: we provide TCM healing, and we guide people how to stay healthy.

2. Why do we exist?🧐

Two ingredients gave rise to F**k Kuin:
❤️Heart: to raise awareness and improve the quality of health in Sandakan; to care for those who need it most
💡Innovation: to make healing simpler and more effective by blending tradition with new approaches

3. What do we want to become?🤩

We hope to grow into Sabah Sandakan’s most trusted health companion.
Beyond treatment, we want to equip people with the knowledge to prevent illness, to be like a good remedy: relieving symptoms and healing the root cause.

Like soaking herbs, building F**k Kuin took patience and time. But soon, with care and professionalism,
we’ll be ready to offer every person in Sandakan a personalized remedy for better health.
