Learning is part of how we work at EP Plus Group, and our 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 give EPians the space to build skills, try something new, and learn together.

This time, we learned 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘶 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺, led by Mas Mahathir from MicFront Public Speaking. It was an engaging, practical session that challenged EPians to think on their feet, organise their thoughts quickly, and speak with greater confidence when put on the spot.

This workshop reflects the culture we want to keep building across EP Plus Group, centred on Learning, Open Communication, and being Outcome-Focused. All part of our purpose to 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

EP Plus Group joins all Malaysians in flying the Jalur Gemilang with pride on this significant day.

This morning’s 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 was an engaging and eye-opening session for EPians, with a practical focus on fire safety and the knowledge we can use both at work and at home.

The 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 session, organised by EPians from the HR, Admin, and Business Excellence teams, covered fire prevention, recognising potential risks, and knowing how to respond in a fire-related emergency. It forms part of our wider effort to build greater awareness, preparedness, and shared responsibility across the organisation.

At EP Plus Group, 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 is part of our culture. While that includes developing the skills and capabilities our People need at work, it also means creating opportunities to learn something useful for everyday life so that we can continue to 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

Dexterity. Detail. Dedication. In this video, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗲, our 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 - 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, highlights the skill and resilience behind the work embryologists carry out each day, often away from the public eye.

Better, more effective meetings can improve how teams communicate, make decisions, and move projects forward.

Today's 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 session saw EPians getting a refresher on 'Effective Meetings' by our very own Grace Choo, which included practical tips on how to prepare meetings with clearer objectives, encourage meaningful participation, and turn conversations into action.

It was encouraging to see EPians actively learning and exchanging ideas throughout the session. This ongoing commitment to 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 reflects the 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘦𝘵 we want to foster across EP Plus Group, increasing how we collaborate as we continue to 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

At NCM 2026: Half-Time, we looked beyond the numbers and asked a bigger question: 𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦?

Across EP Plus Group, the answer is taking shape in how EPians continue to collaborate across teams and remain willing to learn, adapt, and improve.

There is still work ahead, but seeing this mindset grow across the Group gives us confidence in what comes next as we work on 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.
