👶 The 6 weeks after giving birth are known as the Postpartum Period.

During this time, a mother’s body is recovering, so proper postpartum care is very important ❤️

✨ After delivery, mothers will experience Lochia.
Lochia is the discharge from the uterus after childbirth. It may continue for a few weeks, with the color changing from bright red to pink before gradually decreasing.

⚠️ Mothers should also pay attention to these symptoms after delivery:

▪️ High blood pressure
▪️ Blurred vision
▪️ Facial swelling
▪️ Pain during urination
▪️ Swollen legs
▪️ Breast swelling or pain
▪️ Chest discomfort

🤱 Breast pain during the early stages of breastfeeding is actually very common.

💭 Feeling emotional, sad, or overwhelmed during the first 2 weeks after delivery is normal.
However, if these feelings continue for more than 2 weeks, it should be monitored carefully as it may develop into Postpartum Depression.

📅 Usually, mothers will have a follow-up check-up around 6 weeks after delivery to ensure recovery is progressing well.
