An EBUS procedure initially planned under general anaesthesia with an LMA was converted to rigid bronchoscopy due to difficulty with LMA placement. EBUS-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) was successfully performed, with lymph node stations 10R and 7 sampled.
