Your skin is often not the actual problem.
Your skin is the messenger.
Eczema. Psoriasis. Chronic inflammation that won't go away no matter what cream you try. They are signals that something deeper inside the body is under stress.
I'll tell you about an uncle who came to see me.
He came because of his psoriasis. But by the time we sat down, he was also managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and had been through 4 heart stents.
He thought his skin was a separate problem.
It wasn't. It never was.
The skin had been speaking for years. Everyone just kept treating it like the issue.
This is what most people miss.
In our practice, people with long-term inflammatory skin issues often also carry:
→ Poor gut health
→ Chronic inflammation
→ Sluggish detoxification
→ Poor circulation
→ Higher oxidative stress
And when we look more closely, we often also see:
→ "Sticky" blood circulation
→ Thicker, more viscous blood
→ Slower detoxification through the gut, kidneys, lungs, and lymphatic system
The skin shows it first because the skin is visible. The rest of the body is whispering before it shouts.
When inflammation continues for years, it doesn’t only affect the skin.
It may also place stress on the cardiovascular system and increase the risk of:
⚠️ High blood pressure
⚠️ Diabetes
⚠️ Artery blockage
⚠️ Heart attack
⚠️ Stroke
The uncle's psoriasis wasn't separate from his diabetes, his blood pressure, his cholesterol, or his stents. It was the same story, written on different organs.
This is why we don't only treat the skin from the outside.
Real healing works from the inside:
✔️ Calm the inflammation
✔️ Restore the gut
✔️ Support detoxification
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Rebuild the internal environment
When the inside changes, the skin changes. And often, so does everything else.
If you've been told your skin condition is "just genetic" or "just stress", there may be more to the story.
