Part of MOTHER — an exploration at Art + Being.

In this work, Poojitha draws on childhood evenings spent watching Indian epics with her late paternal achamma, where myth and lived reality often blurred.

Saga seeds gather beneath the sculpture like tiny vessels of love, play, and inherited story. As viewers move around the work, they are invited to ask: who is the “queen” — the heroine on the screen, or the woman who lives behind the artist’s softly closed nostalgic eyes?
