“May Maintenance ka na ba?” should not be the normal question in your 40s.

Somewhere along the way, we started accepting body pain, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, and daily medications as “part of aging.”

But as a Lifestyle Medicine physician, I want to remind you:

Common does not always mean normal.

Your body has rules.
And when you honor those rules, your body responds.

The right food.
Proper hydration.
Regular movement.
Quality sleep.
Stress management.
A cleaner, safer environment.

You don’t have to wait until sickness becomes your wake-up call.

Your 40s can still be strong.
Your 40s can still be active.
Your 40s can still be full of energy, purpose, and restoration.

Prevention is always cheaper than cure.

If you’re ready to take your health seriously, start with your daily lifestyle.

Dementia-like symptoms in children and teens?

Many kids today struggle with poor focus, short attention span, brain fog, memory problems, poor sleep, and difficulty learning.

Some call this digital dementia.

This does not mean children have Alzheimer’s. But excessive screen dependence can affect how the developing brain functions.

An IT Consultant for many years shared that she had difficulty sleeping.
