燕窝是中国传统名贵食品之一

燕窝的制造者,当然是燕子,但这种燕子并不是我们常见在屋檐下筑巢的燕子。屋檐下的叫家燕（swallow）,属燕科,它们的巢用禾草或者泥巴和唾液混合筑成,导致没办法吃，也没什么营养价值。可吃的燕窝是由另一种燕子筑成,它们属于雨燕科,称为「金丝燕」(swiftlet),具体是指雨燕目雨燕科部分雨燕和金丝燕属的几种金丝燕分泌出来的唾液，再混合其他物质（如：羽毛）所筑成的巢穴，而非雀形目燕科鸟类(如家燕)所筑巢穴。其中以金丝燕唾液的蛋白质纯度和营养价值为最高。产自中国南部沿海一带、越南、泰国、马来西亚、印尼及菲律宾等地。燕窝按筑巢的地方而分为「屋燕」及「洞燕」两种。「屋燕」的巢一般筑在人工特意精心搭建的燕屋上，目的就是要方便采集燕窝，而洞燕的巢则筑於山洞内，地势险峻，采集相当危险。燕窝中有称为「血燕」的，是因为金丝燕的食物中包含海藻等物使其唾液含杂质，呈红丝而名，并非因

为人们误解，以为其未完成鸟巢，忍住不产卵，吐血而形成。燕窝被采摘之后，还要经过蒸细、浸泡、除杂、挑毛、烘干等复杂的加工才能制成成品燕窝，包括燕盏、燕条、燕饼、燕丝。其中燕盏是整只个大质优的燕窝经除杂保留原有形状而成，价格特别昂贵。

燕窝是海鸟金丝燕的巢穴。多建在热带、亚热带海岛的悬崖绝壁上，周围是滚滚的波涛，上面是蓝天白云。金丝燕在春季开始做窝，它的口腔里能分泌出一种胶质唾液，吐出后经海风吹干，就变成半透明而略带浅黄色的物质，这是燕窝的主要成分。金丝燕用这种唾液和着纤细的海藻、身上的绒羽和柔软的植物纤维等做成巢穴，这就是我们所说的“燕窝”。燕窝是珍贵的佳肴，又是名贵药材，有补肺养阴之功效，主治虚劳咳嗽、咳血等症。印度、马来群岛和我国海南岛及南海诸岛等均有出产。


We are bird nest collector and seller. Our original bird nest is 100% pure and fresh from our bird nest house without any colouring or preservative. The main reason is to make you healthy and have a beautiful skin after you have it. Eventhough you are not having it daily but at least you should have it weekly to maintain your beautiful looking. Bird nest are also good for your body especially the lungs. You should have it once you are running nose or coughing cause it can help you to feel better. Don't think of bird nest are expensive.
