PROSEDUR TETAP OPERASI PENJUALAN PASIR SUNGAI/MUARA/LAUT KE LUAR NEGARA

1. Syarikat NSA Dredging & Maritime Services akan berurusan dengan negara luar bagi tujuan mengekposrt pasir sungai/muara/laut dengan demikian prosedur tetap ini hendaklah dipatuhi sepenuhnya.

2. Pihak yang ingin membeli pasir sungai/muara/laut hendaklah terlebih dahulu mengemukakan surat atau dokumen tempahan pembelian (Purchase Order) yang lengkap.

3. Setelah menerima tempahan pembelian ianya hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada Lembaga Kelulusan yang terdiri daripada ahli lembaga pengarah syarikat.

4. Jawapan kelulusan hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada pembeli.

5. Pihak pembeli dan penjual (NSA Dredging & Maritime Services) hendaklah menandatangani SPA sebagai tanda muktamadnya persetujuan urusan jual beli pasir.

6. Pihak pembeli hendaklah memaklumkan maklumat ketibaan kapal dan memajukan dokumen berkaitan kapal dan krew serta muatan.

7. Bagi pasir sungai, pastikan bayaran 30% dibuat selepas SPA ditandatangani dan penjual (NSA Dredging & Maritime Services) mendapat kelulusan Eksport AP. Pembayaran mestilah dibuat selewat-lewatnya 2 minggu sebelum tarikh kapal berlabuh. Baki 70% p**a selepas muatan selesai diisi dalam kapal. Bayaran boleh dibuat secara Tunai, Telegraphic Transfer atau Letter of Credit (LC).

8. Bagi pasir muara/laut, pastikan bayaran 30% dibuat selepas SPA ditandatangani dan 20% selepas kapal berlabuh. Baki 50% p**a hendaklah dibuat selepas muatan selesai diisi dalam kapal. Bayaran boleh dibuat secara Tunai atau Telegraphic Transfer.

9. Sediakan dokumen yang diperlukan sewaktu kapal berlabuh;

a) Agen Perkapalan
i) Pemakluman kepada Pelabuhan Authority
ii) Jabatan Laut
iii) Port Health
iv) Kastam Pelabuhan – K2 Sementara & K4 Inward Manifest
v) Travel Control Officer (TCO)
vi) Jabatan Imigresen

b) Penjual (NSA Dredging & Maritime Services)
i) Proforma Invoice
ii) Packing List

10. Ketibaan kapal di pelabuhan pembeli:

a) Jika pembayaran Tunai/Telegraphic Transfer;
Pembeli akan membuat tuntutan barangan di atas kapal menggunakan Bill of Lading dan disertakan dengan dokumen tambahan seperti salinan K2, COO dan Phytosanitary Certificate.

b) Jika pembayaran melalui LC;
Bank penjual akan menghantar semua dokumen kepada bank pembeli dan pembeli harus membuat pembayaran terlebih dahulu sebelum Bill of Lading diserahkan kepada pembeli untuk tuntutan barangan di atas kapal.
