This is to test your basic fitness level and performance. Your body is one of the greatest asset you have. So join us to bring your fitness game to the next level.

This event is a beginner friendly and it is our effort to give awareness to the public on how important it is to keep ourselves fit so we can live a better live.

Allowed age to participate is from 17 years old to 70 years old.
