在开场的时候 Racheal Goh也带领大家看了一部电影 Still Alice 2014 讲述了一位50岁的成功女性 患上老人痴呆以及她遇到的生活琐事。 让人最心疼的一幕是主角在自己家里迷了路 那种无助的感觉。

Datuk Dr Yee 分享了许多症状与案例
并且再次提醒所有人 发现症状尽早就医
或者本身被子女或周围的人要求去看医生 也不要去拒绝 当作去认识医生也好 💕
有能力的人 也可以先规划好自己老后的生活
例如饮食起居 厕所门的装修等等
至少在还有能力的时候 为自己做点什么
不要等老了才后悔

Racheal Goh 在分享过程中一直提醒大家 千万不要拒绝学习的机会 ！因为很重要！ 另外她也教大家 如何在日常生活中找出 学习的状态 。 训练自己不常用的手 也可以开发自己的左右脑噢 💕
