During the event,

our pharmacist Patrick shared:

Together, we explored:

Because healthy aging does not start at 70.

【你多久做一次 InBody?🤔】

很多顾客都会问:

👉 “Patrick,你到底几常做 InBody?”

其实答案是——
👉 很看个人目标

对我来说:

👉 大约每2个星期一次
👉 或至少一个月一次

因为我们需要定期了解:

👉 身体组成有没有变化
👉 脂肪、肌肉有没有改变



就像我们平时:

👉 会检查血糖
👉 会检查胆固醇

👉 至少一年一次

因为——

👉 身体也需要“定期检查”

就像车子需要保养,
机器需要维修,

👉 人体也是一样



这一次做 InBody,

其实有一点“特别” 👇

因为刚从澳洲旅行回来 😄

👉 吃得比较放松
👉 没有太控制饮食

结果发现:

👉 脂肪有稍微上升 📈



但重点不是“变差了”,

而是——

👉 你有没有从中学到东西



其实旅行、放松、吃喜欢的东西,

👉 都是生活的一部分

不需要一直“完美控制”。



更重要的是:

👉 吃了之后,有没有去观察身体变化



这就像一个“实验”:

👉 吃了什么 → 身体有什么反应
👉 生活方式 → 数据有什么变化



慢慢你会发现:

👉 你越来越了解自己的身体

👉 什么适合你
👉 什么不适合你



🧠 每一次的结果,

👉 不是好或坏

👉 而是一个学习的过程

【How Often Should You Do an InBody Test? 🤔】

Many customers ask:

👉 “Patrick, how often do you do InBody?”

The answer is:

👉 It depends on your goals

For me:

👉 About once every 2 weeks
👉 Or at least once a month

Because it helps to track:

👉 Body fat changes
👉 Muscle changes



Just like we:

👉 Check blood sugar
👉 Check cholesterol

👉 At least once a year

Because—

👉 Our body needs regular monitoring



This time was a bit special 👇

Just came back from Australia 🇦🇺

👉 Ate more freely
👉 Less diet control

And yes—

👉 Body fat increased slightly 📈



But that’s not the point.

The real point is:

👉 What did you learn from it?



Life is not about being perfect.

👉 Travel, food, enjoyment — all part of life



What matters is:

👉 Do you observe your body after that?



Think of it as an experiment:

👉 What you eat → how your body responds
👉 Lifestyle → measurable changes



Over time:

👉 You understand your body better
👉 You make better decisions



🧠 Every result is not “good” or “bad”

👉 It’s feedback
👉 It’s learning

“要吃得健康,
是不是每天都一定要自己准备?”

其实未必 ❤️

有时候,

就算是在外面吃,

我们一样可以做出比较好的选择 😊

重点不是“完美”,

而是:

👉 有没有意识
👉 有没有开始去调整



今天 Patrick 因为没有准备早餐,

所以选择在外面吃印度餐 😊

在选择的时候,

就会开始去想:

👉 这一餐缺什么?
👉 我可以怎样让它更均衡一点?



所以,

Patrick 选择了比较健康的 Tosai 😊

相比一般精致面粉类食物,

Tosai 会是相对比较好的选择。

里面也有:

👉 鸡蛋
👉 洋葱

能够提供一些蛋白质与纤维 😊

不过,

还是会发现:

这一餐整体还是比较偏向碳水化合物。

所以,

Patrick 自己也额外准备了:

🥚 两粒水煮蛋
🍌 一条香蕉

来补充:

👉 蛋白质
👉 纤维
👉 饱足感



很多时候,

健康饮食不是:

“不能吃什么”。

而是:

👉 如何搭配
👉 如何平衡 😊



有时候,

只需要一点点调整,

例如:

✔ 多带一点蛋白质
✔ 多加一点水果
✔ 多一点纤维

其实整体营养就会差很多 ❤️



你们有没有发现 😊

当我们开始懂得看:

👉 蛋白质够不够
👉 纤维够不够
👉 碳水会不会太多

慢慢就会越来越知道:

“怎样吃,
才能让自己更加有精神、更耐饱、更舒服。”

就是 Patrick 平时会吃的一些补充品。

因为有时候,

即使已经尽量均衡饮食,

每个人还是可能会有不同的营养需求 ❤️



健康饮食,

不一定要很复杂。

最重要的是:

👉 开始有意识
👉 开始学习选择
👉 开始慢慢调整 😊



【Healthy Eating Doesn’t Mean Every Meal Must Be Home-Cooked 😊】

Many people think:

“If I want to eat healthy,
do I need to cook every single meal myself?”

Actually, not necessarily ❤️

Sometimes,

even when eating outside,

we can still make better choices 😊

The goal is not “perfection”,

but:

👉 Being more aware
👉 Starting to make small adjustments



Today, Patrick did not prepare breakfast,

so he decided to have Indian food outside 😊

Before ordering,

he started thinking:

👉 What is missing from this meal?
👉 How can I make it more balanced?



So,

Patrick chose Tosai 😊

Compared to many refined flour-based foods,

Tosai can be a relatively better option.

It also contains:

👉 Egg
👉 Onion

which provide some protein and fibre 😊

However,

this meal is still mainly higher in carbohydrates.

So,

Patrick also prepared:

🥚 Two boiled eggs
🍌 One banana

to add more:

👉 Protein
👉 Fibre
👉 Satiety



Many times,

healthy eating is not about:

“what you cannot eat.”

It is about:

👉 How you combine foods
👉 How you create balance 😊



Sometimes,

small adjustments can already make a big difference,

such as:

✔ Adding extra protein
✔ Bringing some fruits
✔ Increasing fibre intake

❤️



Have you noticed 😊

Once we start paying attention to:

👉 Whether protein is enough
👉 Whether fibre is enough
👉 Whether carbohydrates are excessive

we slowly begin to understand:

“How to eat in a way
that gives us better energy, fullness, and overall well-being.”



And that small container in the photo 😊

contains some supplements that Patrick personally takes.

Because sometimes,

even with balanced eating,

everyone may still have different nutritional needs ❤️



Healthy eating

doesn’t have to be complicated.

The most important thing is:

👉 Start becoming more aware

【一颗药的诞生|从手动到现代 💊】

这台机器,
是我们药剂师 Patrick 在
University of Sydney – School of Pharmacy 里发现的。



这不是普通的展示品。

它是一台来自 1930年代的手动压片机(Tablet Press Machine),
当时用于——

👉 把药粉压制成药片(tablets)



在那个年代,
药物的制作并不像今天这样自动化。

👉 每一颗药片
都是通过这样的机器,一颗一颗压出来的

甚至可以达到——
👉 每秒约 1 颗药片

在当时已经是非常先进的技术。



随着科技发展,

今天的制药工业已经可以做到:

👉 每小时生产数十万甚至上百万颗药片

但一切的起点,
就是来自这种最基础的机械与原理。



对药剂师来说,

我们学习的不只是“药是什么”,

更重要的是——

👉 药是如何被制造出来
👉 它的成分如何组合
👉 它如何在人体中发挥作用



这也是为什么,

在药学的训练中,
“理解药物的本质”
比单纯记住名字更重要。



这台机器,

【From Powder to Tablet|Where Medicine Begins 💊】

This machine was discovered by our pharmacist Patrick
at the University of Sydney – School of Pharmacy.



It is a hand-operated tablet press machine from the 1930s,
used to compress powdered medicine into tablets.



Back then, medicine production was not automated.

👉 Each tablet was manually produced
👉 About one tablet per second

— which was considered advanced technology at that time.



Today, pharmaceutical manufacturing can produce
hundreds of thousands of tablets per hour.

But it all began
with machines like this.



For pharmacists,

it’s not just about knowing medicines —

👉 It’s about understanding how they are made
👉 How they are formulated
👉 And how they work in the human body



This machine may look like history,

but it represents
the foundation of pharmacy knowledge.
