最近在诊间遇到一位年仅20岁的小妹妹，子宫颈抹片检查发现 CIN3（高级别癌前病变），而且 HPV 16和18这两种高危型 HPV都呈阳性。

「医生，我明明都有打HPV疫苗，为什么还会这样？」

这个案例其实带出了很多人对HPV和HPV疫苗的误解。
今天就借这个真实案例，跟大家简单讲三个常见的盲区。

❌ 盲区一：打了 HPV 疫苗 = 以后就100%安全？
不是。
HPV 疫苗是用来「预防」感染，并不是用来「治疗」已经存在的 HPV 感染。
如果在接种疫苗之前已经感染了某一种HPV，疫苗并不能把已经存在的病毒清除掉。
而且，HPV的类型很多，疫苗虽然可以针对最重要的一些高危型提供很好的保护，但并不能覆盖所有 HPV 类型。
所以，打疫苗当然非常重要，但它不是一张「终身免疫卡」。

❌ 盲区二：用了安全套 = HPV就完全不会传染？
也不是。
HPV 和一般只通过体液传播的感染不太一样，它主要是通过皮肤和黏膜之间的接触传播。
安全套可以降低感染风险，但它没有办法覆盖整个生殖器周围的皮肤，所以并不能做到100%的阻隔。
简单来说：
安全套 ≠ 100%阻断 HPV�但使用安全套，依然是很重要的保护措施。

❌ 盲区三：打了 HPV 疫苗 = 以后不用做子宫颈筛查？
这个更加不可以。
HPV 疫苗可以大幅降低感染某些高危 HPV 类型以及相关癌症的风险，但并不能预防所有导致子宫颈癌的HPV类型。
所以，即使已经完整接种 HPV 疫苗，到了适合筛查的阶段，还是应该定期进行子宫颈癌筛查。

💡 医学新知
除了我们熟悉的Pap smear和HPV test，现在也开始出现比较新的「DNA 甲基化」检测，例如 PAX1、JAM3 等相关检测。
听起来很复杂，其实可以把它想成：
HPV test 是在问：
👉 「这里有没有高危 HPV？」
Pap smear 是在看：
👉 「细胞有没有已经出现异常的变化？」
而 DNA methylation test 则是在进一步观察：
👉 「这些细胞有没有出现一些和癌前变化有关的分子讯号？」
所以，它的概念比较像是帮助医生「进一步分流」，特别是在 HPV阳性的情况下，看看哪些人可能需要更进一步的检查。

💡 最后还是想提醒女生们：
HPV 疫苗很重要，但它只是预防的一部分。
真正完整的保护，其实是
💉 HPV 疫苗+🛡️ 安全性行为+🔬 定期子宫颈筛查

HPV阳性也不等于「得了癌症」。
发现了，就好好跟进；有异常，就及时处理。

今天医馆迎来了一对温馨的备孕夫妻。家里大宝已经 4 岁了，两人一直期待着二胎的到来，却迟迟未有好消息，于是决定寻求中医的帮助。

很多人常误以为“生过头胎就代表生育力没问题”，但在中医理念里，随着年龄、生活压力和体质的改变，备孕依然需要夫妻两人一同看诊、共同调理。

经过颜医师的细致问诊与把脉：
妻子：存在排卵障碍的问题。颜医师特别嘱咐，卵巢与内分泌的调理需要循序渐进，要有足够的耐心给身体时间修复。
丈夫：体质表现为气虚较为明显，精气神需要进一步补益提升。

Today, we welcomed a lovely couple into our clinic. With their first child now 4 years old, they have been eagerly waiting for baby number two, but to no avail.

It is a common misconception that having successfully conceived a first child means fertility remains unchanged. However, body constitutions change over time due to stress, age, and lifestyle factors, which is why we always encourage both partners to undergo consultation together.

Through Sammy CMP detailed diagnosis:
👩🏻Wife: Presents with ovulation dysfunction. Physician Ngan advised that endocrine and ovarian conditioning requires time, patience, and steady care.
👨🏻Husband: Shows noticeable Qi deficiency, indicating a need to replenish vital energy and stamina.
