Face done… but wait. 😅☀️

I realised I’m quite good at remembering sunscreen on my face…

…and quite good at forgetting everywhere else. 😂

For me, the two areas I tend to miss are my neck and ears — especially when I’m rushing out.

Small thing, but it’s a good reminder that sunscreen shouldn’t stop at the jawline.

I almost walked out without sunscreen again. 😂☀️

And honestly, this is exactly why I’ve started keeping one permanently in my bag.

Sunscreen is one of those things we all *know* we should use… but when we’re rushing out the door, somehow it becomes very easy to forget.

So instead of depending on my memory, I’m making it part of my routine.

Is removing almost everything from water actually necessary?

That’s one of the biggest questions people have about **RO water**.

Reverse osmosis is a very fine filtration method. It doesn’t just reduce unwanted contaminants — it can also reduce many dissolved minerals naturally present in water.

So does that make RO water “too pure”?

Some systems mainly improve taste and smell.
Some reduce larger particles.
Some use UF membranes.
Some use reverse osmosis (RO).
