Peter's Home Care (PHC) is created to change the perception of home healthcare. Unlike other homes, we focus more on rehabilitating the patients and giving them great nursing care. We tackle the various aspects of rehabilitation such as social, physical and psychological. Our aim is to see to the medical well being of our patients yet making them as comfortable as possible. - 24 hour care / Monthly stay.
- Day care (transportation available depending on case).
- Short term stay (when families are away).
- Basic care (Feeding, bathing, changing of diapers)
- Nursing procedures (tube feeding, hygiene monitoring, positioning, suctioning)
- Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Group Activities).
- Motivational talks and consultation.
- Post operative care (Surgeries like total knee and hip replacements or fractures, stomach and heart surgeries etc).
- Patients with oxygen therapy.
- Monitoring of vital signs and blood sugar.
- Wound and bed sore care.
- Administering of injections and tube insertions and other nursing procedures.
