Some seniors we support are still mobile. They just need help navigating the hospital and understanding what the doctor says.

We go through the details with them, help with appointments and medication. But more importantly, weโ€™re there with them.

What a fun and meaningful day out โœจ

Last weekend, our seniors explored the fascinating world of pewter-making at Royal Selangor Pewter through a guided tour filled with history, craftsmanship, and plenty of โ€œwah, I didnโ€™t know this!โ€ moments. Some of our seniors shared that it was their first time learning how pewter is actually made, and many said they truly enjoyed the experience. After lunch, we also made a bonus stop at Istana Negara for a lovely sightseeing session together.

More than just a day out, these outings are about staying active, discovering new things, making memories, and enjoying good company together.

A big thank you to our travel partner Jalan-Jalan with MK for helping make this outing smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable for our seniors.

And yesโ€ฆ weโ€™re already excited for the next outing this June. Stay tuned!

Have you noticed that the waiting time at the pharmacy in most government hospitals is getting longer?

Is it due to the system? Staff shortages? Too many patients? There could be many reasons, and I believe the hospitals are trying their best to reduce the waiting time.

This morning, I was at Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seremban with my mummy, and the waiting time was still the same โ€” long and tiring. But I must say, the staff were still doing their best in explaining the medications to patients and how/when to take them.

They also offer other options for the next medication collection at selected nearby Klinik Kesihatan around Seremban, which is a good initiative, in addition to medication delivery by post, drive-through, and Park & Collect services.

Please do register for the available services for your next medication collection. It will make things more convenient for you and your family members.
