We perform toilet and suturing (cleaning and stitching wounds) at least once a week. These injuries often happen to labourers but we have had homemakers cut themselves while preparing lunch, students cut themselves from preparing their projects and even kids getting cut from falling in kindergarten. Injuries can happen anytime, anywhere, to anyone. So always be careful.

Pesakit selalu tanya, beras perang bagus tak untuk pesakit kencing manis.

Kalau dibandingkan dengan beras putih, kandungan serat memang jauh berbeza dan lebih bagus untuk kesihatan. Lebih serat bermaksud, kenyang lebih cepat dan lebih lama, dan gula yang diserap ke dalam darah lebih perlahan.

Kalau tak biasa dengan rasa beras perang, boleh cuba campur dengan beras putih dulu sehingga biasa.
