The Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital Hari Raya Celebration 🌙✨

On 19 April 2026, the Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital (THONEH) celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri with our blind and visually impaired patients, an occasion filled with warmth, joy and togetherness.

A highlight of the day was the presence of more than two hundred guests enjoying themselves. We had the opportunity to have our guest of honour Tengku Azlan Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar (Chairman) giving away Duit Raya spreading festive cheers in the true spirit of giving.

In his address, Dato’ Michael Goh clearly reaffirmed that THONEH is established as an independent foundation and does not belong to, nor is it affiliated with, any non-governmental organisation (NGO).

This independence allows THONEH to remain fully focused on its mission, serving the community by providing subsidised treatment for OKU patients within the B40 group and improving access to quality eye care.

We are grateful for the strong support and presence that made this celebration truly meaningful.
