近日，我们发现某广州医院在Facebook广告中，未经授权使用了曾于重庆海吉亚医院接受治疗患者及家属的真实见证影片，作为其商业宣传内容。
重庆海吉亚医院及AGH团队对此高度重视。患者见证属于患者本人及相关机构的重要权益，任何单位未经授权擅自复制、剪辑、转载或用于商业推广，均涉嫌侵犯相关知识产权及患者权益。
我们已就有关广告内容展开调查，并要求对方立即停止使用及下架相关宣传素材。同时，重庆海吉亚医院将保留采取一切法律行动追究责任的权利。
在此提醒广大患者及家属：

OFFICIAL STATEMENT | Regarding the Unauthorized Use of a Patient’s Genuine Testimonial Video
Recently, we discovered that a hospital in Guangzhou had used, without authorization, a genuine testimonial video featuring a patient who had previously received treatment at Chongqing Hygeia Hospital, together with the patient’s family members, in a Facebook advertisement for commercial promotional purposes.
Chongqing Hygeia Hospital and the AGH team take this matter very seriously. Patient testimonials involve important rights and interests belonging to the patients themselves and the relevant institutions. Any unauthorized copying, editing, reproduction, redistribution, or use of such content for commercial promotion may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and patient rights.
We have initiated an investigation into the advertisement in question and have demanded that the party concerned immediately cease using and remove all related promotional materials. Chongqing Hygeia Hospital also reserves the right to pursue all available legal actions and hold the responsible parties accountable.
We would also like to remind all patients and their families:
✅ Obtain medical information only through official and verified channels
✅ Exercise caution when assessing the authenticity of online advertisements
✅ If you discover any unauthorized use of patient testimonials or misleading promotional content, please report it to us
