Patellar Tendon Strain after 21km run on 5 Oct 2025 , Sunday. I felt a sharp pain when I was doing lunges with left leg at the back and knee down.

Perhaps the running shoes were not good enough for a long distance support. Anyway, I tried to do leg press,adduction, and abduction of the legs, bla bla bla ...Then, I did stretch and this movements, my left knee not pain anymore when do lunges.
