沒人能擅自打開你,只有你自己 Its same like the ocean waves. They will causes us up and down, even the smirti (memory) or imagination will slowly create the emotion. The frustration make us can't move further. Nobody's life is entirely free of pain and sorrow. Isn't it a question of learning to live with them rather than try to avoid them? The greater part of human pain is unnecessary. It is self-created a s long as the unobserved mind runs your life. An unconscious thought keep us false into the judgement. A emotion some form of negativity. The intensity of the pain depends on the degree of resistance to the present moment, and this in turn depends how strongly you are identified with your mind. The mind always seeks to deny the Now and to escape from it. In others word, the more you are identified wit your mind, the more you suffer. The more you are able to accept the NOW, the more you free of suffering and free of the egoic mind. Actually, "sometimes" just at once, you just need to stand up, same like Samasthti, the proper Standing poses will relieves all the pain of your body, the proper positive thinking will help you find the steadiness, a changes make your life different. A big " turn " give you a different energy, this energy will awakening your deep inner soul, the power of Now help you find your truths, a freedom in your family, friends, marriage, children, job, health and yourself.

Entering Chair Urdhva Mukha Svanasana 🪑

The backbend does not begin by bending the lower back.

It begins by creating space and extension.

✨ Press the hands
✨ Activate the legs
✨ Lengthen the front body
✨ Lift the sternum
✨ Broaden the chest
✨ Then gradually enter the backbend

Don’t go deeper—go longer first.

When there is length in the spine, the chest has space to open and the backbend becomes more balanced and intelligent.

先延伸,再后弯。
不是追求深度,而是创造空间。 🧘‍♀️

“Sometimes the body needs to feel before the mind can understand.”

In this practice, the belts and manual guidance are not there to force the body deeper. They provide direction, stability and sensory feedback, helping the student become more aware of the relationship between the legs, pelvis and spine.

Through this support, the student gradually learns to recognise where there is imbalance, where the body tends to collapse or compensate, and how to create a more intelligent action from within.

We don’t simply correct the pose — we teach the body to understand the pose.

正位,不只是把身体摆正,
而是让身体重新学会感知自己。

202 ABHYASA — Exploring Opposites, Finding Balance

Two days of practice, observation, adjustment and deeper understanding.

In this ABHYASA 202 Series, we explored the relationship between forward bends and backbends.

At first, they may seem like two opposite directions.
One takes us inward.
The other opens us outward.

But through practice, we began to understand that they are not separate.

The extension we create in a forward bend can prepare the spine for a backbend.
The openness developed in a backbend can bring a different quality and freedom into a forward bend.

Throughout these two days, we worked on more than simply going deeper into the poses.

We explored how to create space before movement, how the legs and pelvis support the spine, and how to move between forward bends and backbends without losing stability and awareness.

What I enjoyed seeing most was when students started to recognise the connections for themselves.

Some discovered where they were pushing too much.
Some found areas that needed more extension.
Some realised that going deeper doesn't always mean doing more.

Sometimes, less effort brings more awareness.

This is ABHYASA — returning to the practice again and again, not mechanically, but with curiosity, sensitivity and intelligence.

Thank you to everyone who joined these two days with an open mind and willingness to explore. 🙏
We are not practising simply to make the body more flexible.

We practise so the body becomes a doorway to deeper awareness.

Practice. Observe. Connect. Understand.

See you in the next ABHYASA Series. 🧘‍♀️🌿

Senior Citizens Yoga — Move with Strength, Age with Confidence

Growing older doesn’t mean we have to stop moving.

It means we learn to move with more awareness, support and intelligence.

In our Senior Citizens Class, we use chairs, the wall and yoga props to make each pose more accessible and steady. Instead of chasing flexibility, we focus on building a strong foundation—working gradually with the legs, hips, spine, balance and posture.

I love seeing my senior students practising with such concentration. ❤️

Every steady step, every lifted chest, every conscious movement is an investment in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Yoga has no age limit.

You don’t need to be flexible to begin.
Start where you are, and keep your body moving. 🌱

Every time I teach, I am reminded that yoga is not simply about achieving a pose—it is about learning to observe, understand, and respond to the body.

In this practice, I used the chair, block and wall to create support and direction. With the body supported, there is less need to struggle for balance, allowing more attention to go into the details: the grounding of the standing leg, the extension of the lifted leg, the stability of the pelvis, and the spaciousness through the spine.

As a teacher, I love these moments because I can see how a small adjustment can completely change a student's experience.

Sometimes we don't need to push harder.
We need to see more clearly, feel more deeply, and adjust more intelligently.

After many years of teaching, I still learn through every student. Each body teaches me something different, and every class reminds me to observe with patience and teach with awareness.

Teaching yoga is not only about correcting a posture.

It is about helping someone discover their own body from within.

Learning to surrender into support 🪢🧘‍♀️

In Yoga Kurunta, the ropes are not there to make the pose easier.
They become a teacher.

As the ropes support and suspend the body, I can release unnecessary effort and bring my awareness deeper into the spine, pelvis and shoulders. The traction creates space, while gravity allows me to experience the pose from a completely different perspective.

When the body feels supported, the mind slowly learns to let go.

Instead of holding everything with muscular strength, I begin to listen, feel and observe — where I am gripping, where I can lengthen, and where I can soften.

This is one of the beauties of Yoga Kurunta:

Support creates space.
Space creates awareness.
Awareness transforms the practice.

Sometimes, seeing the body from a new direction also teaches us to see ourselves from a new perspective. 🌿

ABHYASA 202 — Practice with Intelligence ✨

Have you ever wondered why forward bends and backbends seem like opposite movements, yet they can actually support and deepen one another?

In ABHYASA 202, we move beyond simply “doing the pose.”
We explore how the spine works with strength, openness, alignment and awareness — and how the intelligence developed in backbends can transform the quality of your forward bends.

Through this 2-day intensive, you will explore:

🧘 The relationship between forward bends & backbends

🌿 Opening the shoulders, chest and hip flexors with awareness

✨ Creating space and intelligence through the spine

🔄 How to transition between backbend & forward-bend sequences

🪑 Using Iyengar props to stay longer, observe deeper and practise with greater precision

This course is especially suitable for practitioners who already have a foundation and are ready to go beyond the shape of the asana — to understand what is actually happening within the body.

ABHYASA is not about doing more.
It is about understanding more.

✨ 102 PRARAMBH — Go Beyond the Foundation ✨

You’ve learned the basics.
Now it’s time to explore deeper, move with greater awareness, and build confidence in your practice.

In this 6-week series, we gradually introduce inversions, backbends, restorative poses and Ujjayi Pranayama — with proper alignment and the intelligent use of props.

🌿 This series is for you if you want to:
• Understand how your body works in each asana
• Approach inversions & backbends with confidence
• Improve alignment instead of simply “doing the pose”
• Learn how to use props according to your own body
• Reconnect with your practice after taking a break

With only 8 students per session, there is more space for observation, correction and individual guidance.

Yoga is not about going further into a pose.
It is about going deeper into awareness.

201 ABHYASA — From Practice to Understanding

Two days of practice, exploration, correction and discovery.

In this ABHYASA Series, we didn’t simply practise standing poses and forward bends. We explored how one action connects to another, how the foundation of the feet influences the hips and spine, and how small adjustments can completely change the experience of an asana.

What I loved seeing most was the moment when students began to feel the difference for themselves — not just following instructions, but understanding why we work this way.

Some bodies needed more stability.
Some needed more space.
Some needed to slow down and observe.

And this is where Abhyasa — consistent, intelligent practice — begins.

Thank you to everyone who joined these two days with curiosity, patience and willingness to learn. 🙏

We are not practising simply to go deeper into a pose.

We practise to go deeper into awareness.
Practice. Observe. Understand. Transform.

See you in the next ABHYASA Series. 🧘‍♀️
