臉上紅疹未必是青春痘。皮膚科醫師王佑鑫分享有一位女大生，主訴臉上爛痘1年沒好，摸起來粗粗的像砂紙，經檢查確診是蠕形蟎蟲症，他表示，幾乎每個人臉上都有這種蟲，但當使用過於油膩的乳霜、免疫低下時，牠們就會開始「瘋狂生小孩」，從幾隻暴增至幾萬隻，讓人臉部泛紅、發癢、冒出紅色丘疹。
