Paediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) is not a new sub-speciality course of Emergency Medicine in Malaysia. PEM in Malaysia was pioneered since 2017 by Dr Suhaimi Mahmud, Emergency Medicine consultant Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seremban and Dr Yap Hsiao Ling, Paediatric Emergency consultant in Hospital Tuanku Azizah Kuala Lumpur. On top of that, currently there are 7 ongoing PEM trainees. PEM Made Easy
is an emergency course organized by Negeri Sembilan Emergency & Trauma Society (NSETS) particularly in paediatrics patient. We also have invited experienced speakers within their expertise as well to give a talk comprising few significant topics. PEM Made Easy course is not dedicated only for emergency background but this course is open for every single healthcare practitioners.
