“看见太阳花，如见太阳神“。这次 #阿波罗 冥想中，学员有分享看见太阳花时，就会出现“ #希望 、温暖、拓展、正能量“的良好感觉，超棒的。

#冥想 进行时，许多学员感觉到个人磁场中有温热的能量在流动。有些就在身体特别的部位有血液循环现象，例如一些有手脚冰冷状况的学员，在活动中就逐渐的温暖起来。

感谢出席的学员，谢谢你们的积极参与与温馨交流。个人钦佩你们的勇气和开明的态度，勇敢的去面对和处理家人和伴侣之间的矛盾和挣扎，疏通情绪、身体和关系的互动，进入和谐的节奏。给你们一个大大的赞！

众所周知，家家有本难念的经。通过学员的案例和互动，教会我们用更宽容和尊重的角度，去谅解和重新接纳家人和伴侣。相信学员都有大大的收获。

春节前的 #弥勒菩萨 #冥想，记忆犹新。

内心深深赞叹弥勒菩萨的 #智慧 ，给于我们温和的忠告、疗愈能量等。印象最深刻的还是祂哈哈大笑的能量和频率。笑声响起时，冥想四周的学员都即时感受到全身麻痹、身体发热、额头冒汗、肩膀放松、头脑转轻等迹象。这些良好的连锁反应，意味着身体各方面的疏通， #正能量 的提升以及内心倾向 #平静 、安心的感觉。
