之前一直觉得
长辈刷短视频
只是打发时间

直到我妈妈那段时间
每天刷手机到很晚

我开始慢慢发现不对劲👇

她变得很难入睡
半夜经常醒
白天反应变慢
记忆力也开始下降
情绪也越来越容易烦躁

那时候我才意识到
问题不只是“刷太多”
而是——睡眠被破坏了

刷短视频
其实会直接影响一种东西👇

👉 褪黑素

它是身体的“入睡信号”

正常情况是：
天黑 → 分泌增加 → 人开始困

但当你一直刷手机👇

会让大脑误以为：
👉 现在还是白天
