- 1020: Proceed to Bilik 2 to visit doctor and get operation briefing

-1100: Proceed to counter to get operation date and hospital admission

-1130: In car and on the way back to Bandar Utama home

-1215: Reach patient home safely

-0730: Pick up patient from home to Selayang Hospital

- 0830: Queue at 2nd floor, registration counter (Aras 4),

- 0930: Proceed to counter 8, to get queue number to see doctor

-1100: Doctor's review on current injection and medication intake, after 1.5 hour wait.

-1140: To pharmacy department, to get the injection fluid and ask them to prepare the medicine

- 1200: Queue for injection & set date for Next appointment

-1230: To pharmacy deparment again to collect the medicine

-1300: In car and on the way back to Klang

-1400: Reach patient home safely

- 0830: Queue at ground floor registration counter, to get the necessary documents and files

- 0930: Proceed to level 2 for 1 night admittance before operation on Tuesday

1030: Got a bed vacant after an hour wait

Es**rting an "eye-stroke" (IOP reading over 21), 70-year-old man to HTAR at 8am, to "open account/book" for his eye treatment.

- 0820: Initial eye check during pre-registration, with reference to refer letter from private eye specialist
- 0830: Wait at the eye clinic for doctor to confirm the eye condition. Then only allow to be registered to open account for treatment

0930: Go down to ground floor, need to long queue for registration..as usual..haha

1030: Back to same room for doctor to WAIT for detail eye check

1145 : Done and being briefed on the next operation... to be admitted on next Mon morning (HTAR) and operation on Tue..wow...quite efficient and fast- also depends on the seriousness of the eye condition..

- Visit Completion by 1230pm

On the 18th & 22nd June 2026

On both days, es**rting a mild stroke 54-year-old man at 8am, from Setia Alam to Klinik Kesihatan Pandamaran, for 9am appointment.

- Blood test, sputum (phlegm) test & X-ray for this TB patient after 2 months medication ( 18th June).

-Results (22nd June) - quite encouranging, health improving, however, mandatory for TB patient to take minimum 6 months of medication, depends on disease severity.

- Both visits completion by 1130am

Attended Carer Training 2.0 this morning, organised by Hospice Klang.

Great information on:
- applying proper positioning for patient
- assist patient safely during activity daily living
- use of wheelchair and walking frames
- perform safe transfer techiques
- reduce caregiver strain and injury risks
Last but not least, the food/refreshment is delicious!! Yummy🤤
