Swelling after injections, bruising, what is normal after a treatment. Almost everyone googles this at eleven at night a day or two afterwards, which is the worst possible time to find out. It has a maker, a model, and a registration number you are allowed to ask for. So ask. Not to catch anyone out, but because the price alone cannot tell you whether the device on your skin is the genuine, registered one or something that looks like it.

The fair questions are simple: what make and model is this, is it registered, and who is operating it. A clinic confident in its answer will give it to you plainly.

Here is the trigger nobody in Malaysia talks about.

Heat. Not sunlight, heat itself. Standing over a wok. A parked car before the aircon catches up. A facial steamer. A hot yoga class.

Heat alone can switch pigment cells back on, no sun required. It is why pigmentation is harder to hold down in this climate than in cooler countries. A real plan accounts for the kitchen, not just the beach.

Most patients who ask for OndaPro are really asking for weight loss. These are two different problems with two different solutions.

Fewer fat cells in one area does not change total body mass much. It changes how that area looks. That is body contouring, and it is why the scale stays the same.

If the goal is a lower number on the scale, this is the wrong treatment. If the goal is a flatter stomach without losing weight everywhere else, this is the right one. The right tool for the right problem.

I used to walk into a consult and start naming things on the face. I thought thorough meant useful.

A mum came in once. Two kids in primary school. She let me finish. Then she said she just wanted to stop hating photos.

My findings didn’t include that.
So now I ask three things first.
