Golden Bee's Longan Honey is often also known as "Spring Honey", as its harvest period falls during March and April. Harvested by the Phatthanakit Farm in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Golden Bee's Longan Honey has a beautiful dark amber colour, and great natural floral fragrance. It is thick and smooth, yet it does not crystallize easily, making it popular for consumers in countries such as Thailand and

China. It is suitable to drink with water, drizzle it onto your favourite breakfast or dessert, cooking your savoury dishes with it, or even consume it raw to relieve any type of throat discomfort.

Christmas may be over but the holiday season? I’d say not quite yet! 🎊

The holiday season is all about celebrating. No matter if you’re spending time with the people you love, or spending them alone, movie time will always be a thing we do 🎥 And, popcorn makes it better 🍿

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cups of kernels
2. 2 tbsp of vegetable oil (we used rice barn oil)
3. 2 tbsp of butter
4. 2 tbsp of ’s longan honey
5. A dash of cinnamon

How to make:
1. In a deep saucepan, pour the kernels in once the oil is heated
2. Upon hearing the first few pops, shake the saucepan a little (for even oil distribution)
3. Pop popcorns for about 3 minutes and turn the heat off when the pop sound starts to slow down to 2-3 seconds intervals
4. In another saucepan, heat and mix together butter, honey and cinnamon
5. Pour in the popped popcorns and combine with sauce
6. Add extra cinnamon powder on top of the popcorn (if you like!)

Another hot chocolate recipe! 🍫

With peanut butter this time? MMMMMMMMMM 🤤

Ingredients you need:
1. Milk of choice (200ml)
2. ’s longan honey (1tbsp) / any sweetener you prefer
3. Dark chocolate (we used 5pcs of Varlhona 60% Dark Manjari)
4. Half a tbsp of peanut butter
5. Whipped cream (optional)
6. Cinnamon (optional)

How to make:
1. Heat up any milk you like with ’s longan honey as a natural sweetener (we used almond)
2. Melt dark chocolate with sweetened milk until it melts and incorporate peanut butter after that
3. Mix until well combined
4. Top it up with some cinnamon whipped cream and your favourite toppings like marshmallows (optional)
5. Enjoy! ☃️

Hot chocolate season? Yes!!! 🌟

Never know what to do with candy canes during the festive seasons? Try this recipe!🧚‍♀️

Ingredients:
- Any type of milk (we used soy)
- Dark chocolate or cocoa powder (we used 5 pieces of Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate)
- 1 candy cane (or peppermint extract)
- 1 tsp of ’s longan honey
- a dash of cinnamon (optional)
- few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

How-to-make:
1. Heat up together milk, chocolate, honey, candy cane, cinnamon and vanilla extract
2. Froth whipping cream with a little bit of cinnamon for flavour and top with off with longan honey and some of your favourite toppings
3. Finish off with a candy cane! 🙂

Make it hot, make it ice, it’ll still be nice 🥰
