Moh Kee Birdnest was established in Sitiawan, the birthplace of Birdnest in Peninsular Malaysia.
茂记燕窝始于马来西亚燕窝发源地实兆远。 Sitiawan, situated in the state of Perak (West Coast), surrounded by Tropical Rainforest climate and vast plantations. Furthermore, being far away from the major industrial areas, Sitiawan is an ideal inhabitant to the swiftlets. Since 90’s, we began
as pioneer in birdnest ranching in town, followed with birdnest’s trading and finally we built up our ownbirdnest processing centre. We are now the first and only approved one-stop birdnest processing plant in Perak to export birdnest to China. Our efforts have gained various official recognitions and approvals from Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and
Department of Veterinary Service (DVS), Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry (MOA). Over the years, Da Tang Moh Kee (ShenZhen) in China and MK Palace Pte Ltd in Singapore have also been established respectively to reach out the regional consumers of birdnest. In 2009, due to increasingly high demand of birdnest, we set up a new birdnest processing plant, PT Moh Kee Birdnest, in Surabaya (the 2nd largest city in Indonesia). Since 2016, we have introduced instant birdnest beverage to suit the lifestyle of various birdnest consumers. Still, we continue to ensure good quality birdnest, safe processing methods and zero preservative in our birdnest products. We commit to deliver good quality and nutrition to all our consumers, world widely. Proudly, Moh Kee Birdnest has become the first and only birdnest processing plant in Perak which has obtained approval and permission from the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) to export birdnest to China, in 2018.

茂记燕窝始于马来西亚燕窝发源地实兆远。实兆远小城坐落于马来半岛西海岸的霹雳州，属于热带雨林气候，终年温暖湿润，远离中部工业区，热带农作物，为燕子的生长和繁衍提供了最优渥的自然条件。
历经数十年在燕窝行业的探索，积累了经验，我们从起初的养燕垦荒者，逐渐转型成为毛燕买卖商，紧接着迈进燕窝加工至净燕的行业。从起初的家庭式作坊加工，发展至如今霹雳州唯一的一站式供燕标准操作系统化加工厂，更已获马来西亚国家卫生部，在品质卫生方面的认证。
随着全球市场对燕窝的需求量的增长，茂记燕窝在2009年跨至邻国印度尼西亚第二大城市，坐落于爪哇岛东部的泗水市开设加工厂，以供应市场日益增大的需求。
茂记燕窝随后也在各国各地的燕窝销售平台展露头角：茂记燕窝（新加坡），大唐茂记食品（深圳）先后设立，为消费者提供更便捷的燕窝购买渠道。
随着燕窝消费者向年轻化普及， 从2016年开始，茂记燕窝推出了即食燕窝健康饮品。让消费者在繁忙紧张的生活节奏中，也可以享受到便捷的燕窝养生。 茂记燕窝健康饮品含有优质燕窝， 不含防腐剂， 采用蒸馏加热处理加工技术，在方便消费者的同时，保存燕窝的品质及营养。
茂记燕窝的品质得到了中华人民共和国官方的肯定，成为了霹雳州第一家通过中国国家认证认可监督管理局（CNCA）的审核认证，获华注册为进口燕窝马来西亚加工企业。
