🍵 HOJICHA CARAMEL LATTE PARFAIT 🍵
Recipe 👇🏻
The base:
- 1.5 pcs of weetabix (20g)
- 1.5 tablespoon of chia seed
- 100ml of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of hojicha powder (5g)
The caramel glaze:
- 15g of smooth almond butter .my
- 60g of greek yogurt
- 2 drops of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of palm sugar
The matcha shell:
- 10g of dars matcha chocolate (3 pcs)
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- almond nibs
directions:
Dissolve the hojicha powder with some warm almond milk. Soaked the chia seed with hojicha almond milk and let it set aside to thicken. Add some milk onto the base of the cup, add in the hojicha chia seed and weetabix into the milk. Top with the glaze and matcha ganache for the finale. Let it set in the freezer for at least 15 min or longer. Enjoy your sweet dessert as your breakfast!
