Cancer Association of Namibia History:
The late Dr AB May founded the Cancer Association in 1968 and reported to the National Cancer Association of South Africa.

“CAN is mandated to create awareness of and educate on cancer; and to assist cancer patients as best possible within our means” In 1978 the Association became independent from South Africa and changed its name to the Cancer Association of Namibia. Ons herinner ons dames aan hierdie wonderlike Cup4Cancer oggend van lekker kuier oor n koppie koffie of tee, met verversings ingesluit.

Die lewe is soms seer, soms n teleurstelling, soms maar net moeilik. Maar, Opstaan moet ons in elk geval as die son opkom. So, kom ons probeer mekaar dra, vir ons self leer lag, en met Hoop die lewe aanpak.

Ons sien uit om heerlik saam te kuier tydens n oggend van hoop, inspirasie en lekker lag met Liefste, Lawwe Borrrrrelende Lanie ❤️
