Ons Huis Zietsman in Windhoek, en Huis Johannesson in Swakopmund is gefokus op n holistiese aanslag op Palliatiewe Sorg in n huislike omgee-omgewing.

Ons glo in mediese, geestelike, sielkundige en emosionele ondersteuning. En, ons is dankbaar vir die vertroue geplaas in ons deur families oor die afgelope twee jaar.

Met diepe leedwese neem ons afskeid en groet Mev. Joey Wiese.

Ons bid God se liefde, vertroosting en seën toe oor haar kinders, kleinkinders en die hele familie in hierdie tyd van afskeid. Dit was vir ons 'n besondere voorreg en eer om Tannie Joey se laaste lewensreis saam met haar te kon stap by ons Huis Johannesson Care Facility in Swakopmund.

Mag die herinneringe aan haar lewe, liefde en nalatenskap vir altyd in julle harte voortleef.

Rus sag, Tannie Joey, in die vrede van ons Hemelse Vader, totdat ons weer ontmoet by die Hemeltuiste.

Ons innige meegevoel en gebede is met die familie. 🕊️💙

We bid farewell as we honour and celebrate the life of Mr Richard Meyer.

Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. As they say goodbye to a cherished pillar of strength, may they find comfort in the memories, love, and legacy he leaves behind.

It was our privilege and honour to walk the final mile of his earthly journey alongside him and his loved ones at House Zietsmann Palliative Care Facility in Windhoek.

May Oom Richard rest in peace, and may his memory continue to be a blessing to all who knew him. 🕊️

We are delighted to welcome our dear friends, and partners, Carol and Raphaela, of the Soul Carers Network of South Africa to visit and share an insightful talk with our team of House Zietsman Care Facility of Palliative Care Namibia by Cancer Association of Namibia .

Soul Care is a critical component of the work we do in Palliative Care, especially the end-of-life Hospice care plan.
