Glomed will not compromise when it comes rendering the highest standard of customer service. This requires the constant honing of business skills.
Today Glomed's senior management, the founder and operations manager, Clarence Goaseb and Monorito Shimbanda the head of finance and administration, attended a business skills training programme at SMEs Compete. This is an ongoing strategy at the firm.
Since it commenced business in 2013 Glomed has enjoyed widespread support from customers in the private and public sector. Resultantly the firm is positioned to become a lead supplier of medical products and equipment in Namibia.
Asked about future business growth strategies, the dynamic young entrepreneurs say negotiations with leading suppliers are at an advance stage. As a result the firm plans to shortly launch a variety of new medical products that are not presently readily available in Namibia
