You may have seen the recent case of a nurse who, after almost 10 years of defending herself, was struck off the nursing register, only for the decision to be overturned by the High Court following serious procedural irregularities.
The case has raised important questions about regulatory accountability and due process and has received significant public attention.

Today, another nurse needs our help.
Save The Woman is supporting a nurse who is facing a similarly difficult battle. After an extremely challenging process, her appeal hearing is scheduled for 14 September 2026 at Leeds County Court.
For her, this is not simply a legal case. It is about her career, her livelihood, her dignity and her right to have her case properly heard.
