Hope it’s not late to say happy new year.

The last year was a huge blessing to us, it brought so many things, threw so many challenges at us but we are grateful to God for all his love and unending mercies.
This year has just began and it’s a beautiful one already.
May we have all our desires granted.

A woman without boundaries is like a sea without borders or wind without direction.

There are things your faith in Christ must make you never to consider or negotiate.
You must set and have boundaries in life so that you know when anyone or anything is overstepping.
Without this you will keep rising and falling, offending God today and apologizing tomorrow.

As long as your faith is on the line, please set strict boundaries.

Some persons be feeling like the seven sons of Jesse because probably they wear designers, are beautiful, got the height and educational prowess, or because they’ve got all the goodness of creation but little David somewhere in the field, dirty and probably wearing rags befitting of a shepherd boy.

May I remind you again what is written in 1 Samuel 16 verse 7? God doesn’t see things the way men do.

In that corner where you are doing the will of your father, he knows and sees you and shortly he will announce you to the world.
Remain faithful, don’t join the multitude to go against God. And remember, just that everybody does it doesn’t mean it’s right.

A friend shared her story with me how that she was born again sincerely but sh@me kept her in bo***ge for many years.

According to her, she was ash@med of being seen as part of those people.
She doesn’t want her friends to mock her as well
She doesn’t want to lose the friendships because her friends would run away from her.

Every night she would close her doors and cry profusely. She truly loved the savior but couldn’t deny herself, not to talk of taking up her cross to follow him.

Dear friend,
What is hindering you from truly and completely identifying with the Lord and his people?
You don’t want to dress as your new found faith demands because you don’t want to be called names or you don’t want to lose your friendship with the world.

Remember you cannot serve the Lord’s table and the dev¡l’s at the same time.
1 Corinthians 10:21

“Decency requires Obedience to the law, Respect for authority and Consideration for others” -John W. Gardner

If we break it down, we’d say Obedience to the law as in what is contained in the scripture. It is what God himself has said. God’s own take on the matter of decency.
How much of obedience have you showed to the things written or do you wake up and decide how to live your life? 1 Corinthians 6:20

Respect for authority: Most people don’t care about authorities. Some will say “you’re not putting food on my table so you don’t tell me how to dress”🙂
As long as this person goes against the authority by not playing by their rules, it is rebellion.
Different organizations have different rules. So if you’re part of an organization, please keep to their rules.

How much considerate can you be knowing that if you dress indecently, you might be setting a snare to someone out there who might not be strong enough to look away or wipe the thoughts that follow or the consequent action?
Have you thought of it this way?

If you’re guilty in any of these, you’re guilty in all but good thing is that you can make amends.

Your worth has been laid on the matter of what lies between your legs at birth.

The moment the woman is delivered and she looks between the legs of the child, that determines whether it will be a burst of happiness and laughter or disappointment and crying.

What wrong have we done?
What is our offense?

Despite the years of questionings, there’s not been a tangible answer on the table but guess what? We are taking charge of our own lives and turning things around.

God has a Programme with us and we aren’t left out in his agenda.

Like Deborah it is time to lead the fearful men to battle.
Like Esther it is time to change the king’s orders.
Like Abigail it is time to pacify the wrath of the king through our wisdom
Like the Proverbs 31 woman it is time to build our homes.

If you refuse to stand out, raise your voice and speak against indecency and immodesty, it will eventually find its way into your heart in a very subtle manner that you would never notice.
When Jesus eventually charges you of indecency, you may be confused unknown to you that it had crept into your life in your silence.

Tips to help you Glow:

✅Get up and get dressed decently
✅Practice healthy lifestyle (this includes eating healthy foods, exercise regularly, good skincare routine, proper oral hygiene)
✅Drink lots of water
✅Focus on your work / purpose
✅Meditate on God’s word
✅Avoid sin like a plague

Here is a pictorial representation of decency and indecency.
If you were to be offered the both plates of food which would you accept to eat?

I visited a household sometime ago and in the course of talking I needed to ease myself so I went to the convenience which made me have a view of the kitchen.
It was a disaster and flies all over the place with the food uncovered.
Seeing that I made up my mind not to eat anything that was offered because I knew they were contaminated.

This is exactly what we mean by urging men and women to live and dress in a decent manner so that people of value will not avoid you as a contaminated item or disdain you as something of no value.

Children are God’s inheritance and property which he gifted to man.

As parents, How involved are you in their lives, in the actualization of their God-given purposes?

They are your children but they are first the Lord’s!

You need to ask the owner (God) for their life’s manual in order to help you navigate through raising them in a way that pleases the Lord.

Don’t raise them blindly, you will fail!

When we say be decent and modest, we are asking you to be Decent in your character and conduct as well not just wearing decent dresses.

Some people be covering agwa ojoorr (bad character) under decent dressing.

You're doing no one good by dressing well but yourself so aunty try to make the inside of the cup clean just as the outside.
