Not for people with kidney stones, low blood pressure, or existing kidney problems.
Ingredients:
Fresh parsley leaves (handful)
Corn silk (a small pinch)
Half a lemon (juice and peel)
Water (about 3–4 cups)
How to prepare:
1. Wash parsley and corn silk well.
2. Add them into boiling water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Squeeze in your lemon juice, drop the peel, and let it sit for 2–3 minutes.
4. Strain and sip warm.
This simple tea helps the kidney flush out excess salts and waste, leaving you refreshed and light.
