Motherā€¦ I love her so much.
Everything I am today is only a fraction of who my mother was.
We fought. We laughed. We disagreed.
But her love for me was fierce ā€” the kind of love that protects, corrects, and covers you even when words fail. The kind of love that never truly leaves.
I have never fully come to terms with her passing. Some days Iā€™m strong, some days Iā€™m not. But whenever I hear this song by , my heart runs back to her. Every lyric feels like a whisper, every note feels like home.
Mum taught me to love without holding back.
To care deeply.
To show up loudly.
To give even when itā€™s inconvenient.
So if I love too much, check on you too often, or care too deeply ā€” blame my mother. She raised me that way. šŸ¤
Mummy miā€¦ if love alone could bring you back, youā€™d never have left.
I carry you in my strength, my softness, my prayers, and my purpose.
Yesterday, on my birthday, the love you all showed me was overwhelming. My phone didnā€™t stop buzzing, and my heart didnā€™t stop feeling grateful. I see every message, every call, every prayer, every post. Thank you for holding space for me, for celebrating me, and for loving me so genuinely.
Iā€™ll be back with my appreciation properly, but for now ā€” thank you. Truly.
This new year of my life, I step forward with gratitude, memories, love, and grace.

Ep.01 I used to think consistency meant never missing a day.
That if I didnā€™t post, sell, cook, or show up ā€” I was failing.

But life humbled me.

From Nigeria to the UK, motherhood, moves, closed chapters, and new kitchensā€¦ Iā€™ve had to redefine what consistency looks like for me.

Some days itā€™s fire in the kitchen.
Other days, itā€™s just not quitting.

Staying in the game ā€” even if I move slower now.
Even if the path isnā€™t loud or perfect.

What Iā€™ve learned?
Consistency isnā€™t pressure. Itā€™s presence.
Itā€™s choosing to show up ā€” even softly ā€” for the thing you still believe in.
