Today is .Why we need to Take Malaria Seriously and How to Prevent Malaria.
We need to take Malaria Seriously because severe malaria can lead to severe anaemia, respiratory distress, multipleorgan failure and death.
How To Prevent Malaria
1.Make sure your environment has no stagnant water.
2.Make sure you live in a house that has window and door screens.
3.Use insecticide treated nets.
4.Use Mosquito repellants sprays.
5.When going out in the evenings and night wear long sleeves and cover your legs well.
6.Pregant women should take chemoprophylaxis at the appropriate time.
7.When travelling to a place where there is a high risk of getting Malaria, take chemoprophylaxis.

How to raise your energy during Ramadan .
1. Stay hydrated: drink lots of water during iftar and sahur.
2. Eat food rich in nutrients,consider eating a balanced diet.
3.Avoid eating processed food as much as you possible can.
4. Take your multivitamins and supplement especially if you are dealing with a deficiency.
5. Keep moving. You can do some light exercises after Iftar,but avoid heavy work outs.
