🚨 PLEASE. DON’T IGNORE THIS BEFORE SURGERY.

When your doctor tells you “DON’T EAT for 6 hours before your surgery,” it’s not to punish you. It’s not an unnecessary hospital rule.

It could save your life.

During surgery, you may not be able to protect your airway the way you normally would. If there is food or liquid in your stomach, it can come back up and enter your lungs.

And that can cause serious complications even death. 😔

So if your doctor tells you to fast before surgery, PLEASE LISTEN.

Your hunger will pass.
Your safety comes first. ❤️

📌 SAVE this video if you or someone you love may be having surgery.

🚨 NIGERIANS, WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT YOUR EARS.

Some hearing damage doesn’t happen overnight.

It happens quietly from the things we do every day, the things we’ve been told are “normal,” and the habits we never thought could hurt us.

🎧 Loud music.
🦻 Putting things inside your ears.
🔊 Turning up the volume because “I can still hear it.”
…and more.

The scary part? Your hearing may be getting damaged before you even notice it.

And when hearing loss becomes permanent, you can’t simply “unhear” it.

👉🏽 Swipe through the 7 things Nigerians commonly do that can damage their hearing.

SAVE this post so you can come back to it.
SHARE it with your parents, siblings, friends, partner especially that person who is ALWAYS blasting music. 😂

Your ears work hard for you every single day.
Protect them before you start wishing you had. ❤️

📍 If you’ve noticed ringing, muffled hearing, ear pain, or difficulty following conversations, don’t ignore it. See an ENT specialist.

If you snore loudly AND wake up several times at night to p*e, your body may be trying to tell you something.

Frequent nighttime urination can sometimes be associated with sleep apnea, a condition where your breathing repeatedly stops and starts while you sleep.

And the scary part?
You may not even know it’s happening.

💡 A sleep study can help find out what’s really going on.

Don’t ignore the signs. Don’t normalize waking up exhausted every morning.

Save this. Send it to the person who snores beside you. They might need to see this. ❤️

📌 Talk to an ENT specialist and ask if a sleep study is right for you.

Ear pain is one thing… but when discharge starts coming out of your ear, please don’t ignore it. 😟👂

That pain, fluid, pus, or unusual smell could be your ear’s way of telling you that something is wrong.

❌ Don’t keep putting random ear drops in it.
❌ Don’t insert cotton buds or objects into the ear.
❌ Don’t wait until the pain becomes unbearable or your hearing starts getting worse.

Your hearing matters. Early treatment can make a big difference.

👉 Watch this video, save it for later, and share it with someone who has been complaining about ear pain or ear discharge. You might be helping them take action before the problem gets worse.

📍 Visit a qualified ENT specialist for proper examination and treatment.

What’s your answer? 👀👇🏽

The correct answer is B. FALSE! ✅

Hearing loss can affect people of all ages, including babies, children, teenagers and young adults. It can happen for different reasons, including frequent exposure to loud noise, ear infections, certain medications, injuries, genetic conditions and other medical conditions.

That’s why changes in your hearing should never be ignored simply because you think you’re “too young” to have hearing problems.

👂🏽 Difficulty hearing conversations?
📺 Constantly increasing the TV volume?
🔊 Asking people to repeat themselves often?
🤫 Hearing ringing or buzzing sounds?

It may be time to get your ears and hearing checked.

Early attention can make a big difference.

The room is spinning. You hold onto the wall. You feel like you might fall.

And people around you simply say, “Maybe you’re just tired.”

But repeated episodes of spinning dizziness should not be ignored.

Vertigo can affect your balance, confidence, work, sleep, and everyday life. You don’t have to keep struggling silently or pretending everything is okay.

If the world keeps spinning around you, it may be time to speak with an ENT specialist.

👉 Save this post —you may need this information someday.

You may think snoring is normal… but what if your body is actually struggling to breathe while you sleep?

Poor sleep and untreated sleep disorders can affect more than just your energy levels. They may also impact your mood, relationships, overall health and even “the other room” performance.

If you snore loudly, wake up tired, gasp for air during sleep, or constantly feel exhausted during the day, please don’t ignore it. A sleep study could give you important answers.

Your partner may be complaining about your snoring today… but this could be about much more than noise.

Watch this video. Save it for later. Share it with someone who snores every night …you might be helping them take an important step toward better health.

Have you or someone close to you been told they snore loudly? Don’t dismiss it. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional and get a sleep study done.

That feeling of “something is stuck in my throat” can be scary. 😟

You swallow.
You clear your throat.
You drink water.
You check again… but the feeling is STILL there.

And sometimes, there’s actually nothing stuck.

It may be silent reflux.

Stomach acid can travel upward and irritate your throat without the classic heartburn you expect. That’s why some people live with the sensation for weeks or months, thinking they simply have “something in their throat.”

💡 Your body may be trying to tell you something.

Don’t ignore persistent throat symptoms. If that sensation keeps coming back, it’s worth getting properly evaluated by an ENT specialist.

📌 SAVE this especially if you’ve ever experienced that “something is stuck” feeling.

And SHARE this with someone who is constantly clearing their throat or complaining about something being stuck. They may need to see this.
