Position: Personal Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized, intelligent, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide executive support to one of our Holistic doctors and help coordinate his daily activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

• Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally.

Respond to messages on WhatsApp and other social media platforms

• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and administrative activities.

• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other official documents.

• Follow up with staff to ensure assignments are completed on time.

• Assist with planning events, trainings, and special projects.

• Maintain confidentiality and represent the office with professionalism at all times.

Requirements: ✔ Excellent written and spoken English.

✔ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

✔ High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

✔ APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE WITHIN or VERY CLOSE to ABULE-EGBA, LAGOS. This requirement is compulsory.

The Major Cause of Hydronephrosis
Hydronephrosis is most commonly caused by a blockage in the flow of urine, such as kidney stones, an enlarged prostate, tumors, or a narrowed ureter. When urine cannot drain properly, it backs up into the kidney, causing swelling that may damage the kidney if left untreated.

❤️‍🩹 WHAT IS HYDRONEPHROSIS?

Hydronephrosis is the swelling (dilation) of one or both kidneys caused by a buildup of urine due to a blockage or impaired urine flow.
📌 The 3 Types of Hydronephrosis
🟢 1. Mild Hydronephrosis (Grade 1) ✅ Slight enlargement of the renal pelvis. ✅ Kidney tissue remains normal. 🛑 Often causes no symptoms. 🤔
🟡 2. Moderate Hydronephrosis (Grade 2) ✅ More pronounced swelling of the renal pelvis and calyces. ✅ The kidney begins to stretch.

Symptoms may include: • Flank or back pain • Frequent urination • Painful urination • Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
🔴 3. Severe Hydronephrosis (Grade 3) ✅ Marked swelling of the kidney. ✅ Significant thinning of the kidney tissue. ✅ Kidney function may be seriously reduced.

Symptoms may include: • Severe flank pain • Nausea and vomiting • Fever (if infection is present) • Reduced urine output • Blood in the urine

❌ Severe hydronephrosis requires urgent medical attention
