From the conversation, we got to see that a woman is always building something in her life.

The question is not whether she is building, but what she is building and how she is building it.

Here are five key truths that emerged from the webinar:

1️⃣ Wisdom determines outcomes

Every woman is building, but the outcome determines whether she is building with wisdom or not

2️⃣ Emotions vs. Revelation

Building from emotions can lead to instability, but building from revelation brings clarity and direction.

3️⃣ True strength is resilience

It is not about never falling, but about standing again and finishing strong.

4️⃣ The Holy Spirit is essential for guidance

He brings direction, peace, and helps a woman build without self-destruction.

5️⃣ Faith sustains every woman; not just in good seasons but through every battle and transition.

Here, part of success is living healthy because we understand your mind-body connection is crucial to leading a fulfilled life.
How often do you smile in a day? Do you smile when you meet new people? When you see your friends? Children? Relatives? Around your co-workers? How about your significant other?
Did you know your face has 44 muscles which allows you make more than 3,000 (wow!) different types of expressions, many of which are smiles.
And did you know that smiling triggers activity in the left frontal cortex of your brain that registers happiness?
That's of tremendous benefit to your mind-body connection!

When you are happy, your body releases feel good hormones called endorphins. And that's a good thing, because it reduces stress which leads to lower blood pressure, improved digestion and lowers blood sugar.
Smiling is contagious. People are more attracted to a smiling face. Pay attention the next time you are around someone who just had something fantastic happen to him or her? Isn't it almost impossible not to feel good, too?
Needless to say that we look our best when we smile. Imagine what that does to your image, job, relationship.

And it starts with a smile:)
