ECTOPIC PREGNANCY
What is an ectopic pregnancy?
An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that happens outside of your uterus. This occurs when a fertilized egg implants in a location that can’t support its growth. An ectopic pregnancy most often happens in your fallopian tube (a structure that connects your ovaries and uterus). Ectopic pregnancies more rarely can occur in your o***y, abdominal cavity or cervix. Pregnancies can’t continue if they’re ectopic because only your uterus is meant to carry a pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancies can become life-threatening, especially if your fallopian tube breaks (ruptures). This is a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, and it can cause severe bleeding, infection and sometimes, death. This is a medical emergency. Healthcare providers must treat ectopic pregnancies quickly.

What causes ectopic pregnancy?

The cause of an ectopic pregnancy
isn’t always clear. In some cases, the following conditions have been linked with an ectopic pregnancy:

inflammation and scarring of the fallopian tubes from a previous medical condition, infection, or surgery

hormonal factors

genetic abnormalities

birth defects

medical conditions that affect the shape and condition of the fallopian tubes and reproductive organs.

Who is at risk for an ectopic pregnancy?

All s*xually active women are at some risk for an ectopic pregnancy. Risk factors increase with any of the following:

maternal age of 35 years or older

history of pelvic surgery, abdominal surgery, or multiple abortions

history of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)

history of endometriosis

conception occurred despite tubal ligation or intrauterine device (IUD)

conception aided by fertility drugs or procedures

smoking

history of ectopic pregnancy

history of s*xually transmitted diseases (STDs), such as gonorrhea or chlamydia

having structural abnormalities in the fallopian tubes that make it hard for the egg to travel

We will be looking at some types of VAGINAL INFECTION causes and symptoms.

1:Bacteria Vaginosis(BV):this is caused by an overgrowth of some certain bacteria naturally found in the vaginal.
Symptoms are
Greenish,white or yellow discharge.This discharge can have a fish like odor that tends to become stronger after s*x.No much itching.

2:Yeast Infection:They are usually caused by fungus calls Candida albicons.
Symptoms are
Vaginal and vulval itching,soreness and burning.sometimes u and notice swell in the Labia(lips of the vaginal) or fold of skin on the outside of the vaginal.discharge is normally white and lumpy.

3:Trichomoniasis:The protozoan parasite Trichomonas vaginalis cause this infection.Most people contact through s*x,shared bath water,damp toilet seats,pools, shared towel or damp clothing.
Symptoms are
Itching,greenish-yellow fish like odor discharge, swell and irritation in the vaginal,pain during s*x and pain during urination.
NOTE:flushing ur vaginal with a mixture of water and vinegar,baking soda,iodine,or other antiseptic ingredients might seems like a good way to keep it clean.But the truth is the vaginal can keep it self clean
All u have do is wash with clean warn water always.
And seek for medical attention when u see changes in ur vaginal.
Those flushing practices with antiseptic ingredients actually reduce healthy bacteria in the vaginal making infection more likely.

Vitamin C is a micronutrient
that helps bone and tissue development and wound repair. Some anecdotal belief exists that higher doses of vitamin c can be an alternative to birth control.
Vitamin C interferes with the hormone "Progesterone" and thus prevent conception.

DOSAGE
Take about 85 to 90mg of vitamin c tablet 2 times a day for 2-3 days after
having unprotected s*x.
As we all know they are side effects to every drug when the dose is high

EFFECTS
When the doses is up to 1500 to 2000mg in the body it can cause:

2:nausea
