Seeing all the Detty December posts and conversations lately has made me pause and reflect.
While many of us are planning outings and celebrations, there are people going through very difficult times every day. Some are battling serious illnesses, some are on regular dialysis just to stay alive, others are undergoing chemotherapy, and many are spending their last savings on medical care. Some conditions even started as minor issues but became worse due to neglect.
It’s a reminder that life is very different for everyone. Some people are simply grateful for the chance to breathe and wake up each day.
If you’re able to, please consider visiting a hospital, supporting someone with medical bills, or helping in any little way you can. Kindness doesn’t always require much, but it can mean everything to someone else.
