Yes, it is very possible.

One of the major symptoms of mèntal health is depression.. I will explain.

When it comes to mèntal health, many things are involved.

I will like to tell you that mèntal health controls every other aspects of health, including physical health.

Mèntal health connects with the electrical part of the body know as nervous system, which also connects to the brain and spinal cord.

The brain and the spinal cord are what constitute the central nervous system, where many things happen including where some medications you take act.

I always call ladies because, most mèn don't have time of polypharmacy in quest to get big yànsh or b0obs or weight gain.

It is always the wómen.

I asked the other day, who is pushing you guys to do these? 🤔

Are you pushing yourself or someone is pushing you? Or are you being pushed by your village people?😂

Whoever that is pushing you, I don't want to know. Just get this message and share with your fellow w0men.

Taking these three combinations for weight gain or big yansh are not necessary. Read it again.

Let me ask you, have ever taken your time to read the leaflets or even the content of what you are using?🤔

Your friends will just recommend for you, the next thing is to buy without asking questions.

Listen to me.

It is not every thing you see online that you will buy. You must not take all the supplements they are talking about online.

Most things you see online is for edûcatiónal purpóses and not me'dical advices.

If you need to know the right thing to do, see your healthcare provider. Contact them, and get the best.

It is called an individualized care. That's why I don't recommend any medication here.

Back to my topic.

Taking Zestup + Zevit + Fèed fine is a drug abùse.

Zestup and Zevit have similar components like B vitamins and any of them can as well boost your appetite and vitality. Joining both doesn't make any sense. You are simply increasing the side effects of the drûgs.

Adding Fèed fine a cypróheptàdine brand can increase the appetite more. I don't see the reason adding it. Unless otherwise recommended by your physician.

In summary, always consult your physician or pharmacist before taking any medication. Let them guide you properly on medications to use and to avoid unnecessary side effects or dru'g interactions.

Before you you take any Albéndazóle this morning, Read this post😉.

I have gotten a lot of messages asking me the best time to take Albéndazóle.

The straight answer is that; there is no actually the best time to take Albéndazóle. Whether morning or night, it will still work.

The most important thing is to improve it's absorption in the intestines. That's all.

Know this today. If there is poor absorption of any medication you take, there will be a treatment failure.

Albéndazóle tablets or suspensions (eg Zentel, Tanzol or Zolat) are absorbed poorly in the intestines following the oral administration at normal dose.

Some are believed to be remained in the GIT following oral administration.

The poor absorption is believed to be due to low aqueous solubility of Albéndazóle. Meaning that, they are poorly soluble in water.😌

To improve the absorption, taking Albéndazóle with fatty meal will significantly enhanced the absorption approximately 5 folds.

So, even if you are taking Albéndazóle in the morning or night, the most important thing here is, how can the absorption be improved?

You need to take it with fatty meal to enhance the absorption.

Dear mothers, this is not meant for little babies or infants.😔

It is specifically for adults and children from a year and above.

It is important not to exceed the maximum single daily recommended dose for adults and children over 2-years (of 400mg) or children 1-2 years (200mg).

However, in specific cases, authoritative medical guidelines indicate it can be used for infants over 6 months old under strict medical supervision.

Aside this, don't give to your little babies except under a supervision of a paediatrician.

I just saw one woman doing this today and decided to share this information.

If you aren't ready, don't do!
If he is not ready, don't do!

If you know that your parents will kîll you if you get imprègnàted, don't do!

If the guy can't use protection, don't do!
If you can't hold your body, use prótection.

It will only clear from your eyes when it enters!😂

That time, you will start looking for who will help you out. Avóid me that time.

The complaints will be like:

He imprègnàted me and ran away. I can't reach him on the phone again.

When you are doing the mekwa, did you tell anyone? You get belle now and start telling everyone.

Clóse your lègs and help your life. You must not do. But, if you must, use prótection.
