🚨 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: BREAD IS NOT YOUR ENEMY. 🚨
Some of you treat bread like it personally offended your ancestors.
The way people dodge bread these days, ehn… you’d think it’s a certified criminal.
Especially since "Doctor of the Past" keep vilifying bread day after day.
“My sugar will spike!”
“I don’t want diabetes!”
“I only sniff bread now.”
Calm down. Breathe. Let’s talk like adults.
Bread is not the problem.
Bread ALONE is the problem.
White bread, especially, is a fast carb. It enters your system like a child who drank Fanta on an empty stomach — running everywhere, causing chaos.
That “sudden sugar spike” people fear? It happens because you gave your body pure carbs with no supervision.
Now here’s the secret…
