I have also used natural means to stop many ailments including Colds, Coughs Catarrh, and internal and External Piles (hemorrhoids), but nothing prepared me for what was about to happen in July 2021. My Blood Pressure was as high as 200/110. I was put on medication and for the next 6 months, I battled with Side Effects, Anxiety, and Insomnia. This led to other complications that I have never experienced before like Heart Palpitations. The medical personnel on my case never gave me assurance but hinted that I might stay on drugs for life. I became desperate and started searching for a solution and by the grace of God, I found it. Since then, my Blood Pressure has remained normal till date. I am no more anxious and I sleep well. I have also used what I found to help as many people as I can. But now, I have decided to take it to a higher level. The rate at which Hypertension is going up not only in older people but now in young people is alarming. We have a grave situation on our hands. This has inspired me to reach as many as I can to impart this knowledge and help many REVERSE their Blood pressure. I want to help a Thousand (1000) people REVERSE their Blood Pressure for the next 10 months. I want to help 100 people each month.

HICCUPS

Basically, hiccups are caused by having too much oxygen and not enough CO2. When people have too little CO2, their pH becomes too alkaline. A symptom of alkalosis is hiccups. According to a study done on cats, hiccups stop when you increase CO2.

The best way to get rid of hiccups is to increase CO2 by doing any of these things:
• Hold your breath for as long as you can.
• Drink water upside down.
• Breath into a paper bag.
• Breath through your nose slowly (5 sec. in 5 sec. out).

Some of you treat bread like it personally offended your ancestors.
The way people dodge bread these days, ehn… you’d think it’s a certified criminal.

Especially since "Doctor of the Past" keep vilifying bread day after day.

“My sugar will spike!”
“I don’t want diabetes!”
“I only sniff bread now.”

Calm down. Breathe. Let’s talk like adults.

Bread is not the problem.
Bread ALONE is the problem.

White bread, especially, is a fast carb. It enters your system like a child who drank Fanta on an empty stomach — running everywhere, causing chaos.

That “sudden sugar spike” people fear? It happens because you gave your body pure carbs with no supervision.

Now here’s the secret…

ENTER: THE HUMBLE EGG. 🥚
When you eat 2 to 3 eggs with your 2 slices of bread, something beautiful happens.

Eggs are rich in protein and healthy fats.
And protein + fat slow down digestion.

In simple English:
The eggs hold the bread’s hand and say,
