Low blood sugar is an insulin resistance problem.

Drinking sugary drinks and eating everytime is not the solution.

Several factors which causes this are:

1)POTASSIUM DEFICIENCY.

SOLUTION: Avocado, green leafy vegetables and vegetables salad, eaten first to boost blood pottasium levels.

2) ADRENAL FATIGUE

SOLUTION: proper stress management, grounding and sleep

3) INSULIN GROWTH FACTOR. This helps your body converts other substances to glucose when you are not eating, and when it is deficient, it can cause Low blood sugar.

4) FATTY LIVER AND CIRRHOSIS. This means your liver function is poor, and glycogen cannot also be stored.

SOLUTION: Low carb diets, fasting and eating healthy fats.

This is getting to the root of the problem and tackling it head on, not using band aid like drinking coke and eating 6 meals a day.

People with pile and hemorrhoids,

Fiber worsens your condition.

You don't need foods with high fibre contents.

Peel the skin of your cucumbers before eating.

Boil your garden egg before eating.

Avoid veggies till you have significant healing.

Avoid foods that inflame your guts(sugar, smoothies, fruits, seed oils, refined carbs(pasta, white rice, noodles, bread).

Supplement Zinc, vitamin B1, magnesium(not oxide) and Betaine HCl.

Sun your tummy, grounding at least 3-5times a week.

Finally, ditch the toilet seat and squat with potty.

Give it time doing this, you will heal.

If you are still struggling to lose and maintain weight,

Here is the basics,

Optimize your protein intake, 3-5 eggs for breakfast, or some ample amount of steak

Intermittent fasting, last meal of the day before 7pm, first meal of the day from 11am.

Start taking daily walks (at least 7500 steps for a start).

Don't eat bread.

Don't drink your calories.

Minimize eating out.

Run from Booze.

Don't negotiate sleep(min of 7hours on a bad night)

Add vegetables to your rice and always eat protein first.

Again, don't eat bread.

Avoid seed oils like Canola, peanut, sunflower,safflower etc replace with red palm oil, coconut, avocado and olive oil

Take ACV first thing in the morning in a warm water. You can squeeze in some drops of lemon juice to tackle fatty liver.

Supplement magnesium, zinc and B-complex.

Do this for 3 months and see for yourself.

No one should deceive you with the moderation fabbles,

Bread is designed to be overeaten.

The ingredients of bread should not be found near the human diet at all.

High carbs, high sugar, and high fat food.

A very deadly combination that drives internal inflammation, impaires micronutrient absorbtion, and drives insulin resistance.

Bread belongs to the bottom of the trash.

Sources of fibre, not fiber are to be taken into consideration when dealing with gut issues like low intestinal motility, bloating, ulcerative colitis, IBS, Pile/haemorhoids, constipation, and watery stool.

Everything is not cucumber and groundnut with the skin.

Cucumber not properly chewed or the hardback removed
can irritate the colon.

The first line of treatment of gut issues is not drugs except in a very severe case of infections.

Go OMAD or 2MAD, Eat good salts, supplement Zinc, animal protein, and good fats like avocado and fish oil.

Don't shoot yourself in the leg by eating at every stomach bites.

Always rest your guts, it wasn't meant to work all the time.

Our ancestors weren't eating 3 meals a day.

It's a modern construct aimed at enriching a certain population while making another poor, sick, and miserable.

In conclusion if you have serious gut problems avoid high Fibre foods for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
